To understand client requirements and propose solution pertaining to respective domain area.

(1.) To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements

(2.) To participate in team meetings

(3.) To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project

(4.) To analyze the assigned PCorCI (production supportorcontinuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions orfixes

(5.) To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs
